I don't know why people write reviews complaining about the high interest payments BH charge on their goods as it's all laid out clearly and simply when you take out a contract. They offer credit to people who have a poor rating and I suppose they have to offset the risks in some way. I have nothing but positive comments about the service I've received from my local branch South Shields.
Very poor customer service orerded a washer dryer to my new property, they installed it however installed the wrong product just a washer I called to get arranged to be swoped 3 times they have been out, 3rd time when they pulled it they rip the Laminate flooring in my kitchen. They are coming to house every other day and calling me all the time asking for money.
Avoid them really avoid them legal rip offs
Worst shop prices are 300%
Staff are excellent.
