I Went there to get a passport photo for my daughter of 16 months, the person serving said that he couldn't guarantee that the photo would be accepted by the passport service saying that the chances would be 50/50. The cost for this service was £5.99.  When proceeding to take the photo he asked her to stand. I proceeded to do so but because she was in a strange environment she was unsettled. I asked if she could sit, he said no, and asked what difference would it make if she was standing or sitting.  I said because she would feel more comfortable. 
I clearly realised that he didn't have the expertise neither the facilities to provide for my needs.

By way of contrast i then went to Dormans a few shops down they, were more than accommodating, they put her to sit down she was comfortable and in a two snaps it was all over and it only cost £5.00
