Usually a bit expensive, but lots of sale items, currently.  Staff very nice.

Every single time I'm in the place there's so many noticeable problems, staff are very unhelpful and try to ignore the customers as much as possible and it's a rare sight to see a member of staff at a till, have to physically go half way across the store to ask an employee to take the payment for an item you want to buy. Don't usually have a problem with staff anywhere because I know it's hard to keep on top of your work in the retail business but it's just constantly bad and the employees just look so empty and bored, needs to be brought up in a staff meeting to sort things out

Halfords Coleraine terrible service staff walk by you when you are wanting to pay for the goods when I asked the male staff member if he could serve me he said he was busy definitely won't be back 😠😠

Five times I've been to Halford's to try and get a radio fitted in my car and 5 times they haven't been able to help me. "The guy who does the radios isn't in today", "The guy who does the radios is off on the sick", and when I finally get through to "the guy that does the radios" some weeks later he can't help me because "it's raining too heavily today". The one star on this review is for the member of staff who helped me pick a good bike seat - the rest of the experience has been woeful! could not recommend.
