We visited today to choose a new bike for our Daughter. Such friendly knowledgable service. We found the perfect bike, the man arranged for it to be built and gave us a call when it was ready. We got a great deal on the Cycle Care which meant we had discount on her new helmet and accessories today. Thank you for your help Halfords ! One very happy young lady.
I was advised by the breakdown person to get a new battery for my VW camper as it was flat in the morning. I contacted Halfords by phone and found that there was a battery in stock. I went down to the shop and the mechanic was very helpful and although the computer said I needed a certain battery on getting the old one out of the van discovered it was not the correct size. He was very helpful replaced it and fitted the new battery. I was extremely pleased with the service and would recommend Chesterfield Halfords.
The shop opened late. I booked in at the desk and was told to stand with my car and they would come to me. 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment I went in the shop to be told that I should have my taken my wiper blade with me. The guy went out to change it whilst I went to the till. I came out, got in the car and tried the wiper, he had changed the wrong wiper so had to find them and get them to get my good wiper out of the back of the store and change the proper wiper. Never again !!
Called in at Halfords Chesterfield for wiper blades which my local Fiat dealer didn't have. The Halfords staff fitted the blades and did a complimentary 10 point check, topping up fluid levels where ne3cessary. The staff from reception to fitting staff were friendly, efficient and very polite. Would highly recommend them. Excellent service. Thank you
I needed a back windscreen wiper and the assistant was very helpful and fitted it as well I didn’t have to wait it was all completed in a matter of minutes The 2 staff that were serving were both pleasant and knowledgeable and recommending other products I will certainly be recommending Halfords
I ordered a set of Brembo rear discs and pads for a Mk4 Honda Jazz from Halfords website using the vehicles registration number. It was only when I came to fit them that I realised Halfords website incorrectly held the Mk3 disks for the Mk4. The only difference is the disk retaining hole is in the wrong location. Purchased a bike for my daughter from Chesterfield branch, both Sam and Dave were brilliant. Excellent knowledge, expertise and customer service. The bike was built and ready in no time at all!! I'll be returning to purchase my own bike soon. Can't speak highly enough. Cheers lads
Purchased a car seat via click and collect. Happy with product however had my baby with me when I went to collect and disappointed no one offered to help me carry the car seat to my car. Ended up having to put my baby back in the car and then rush back to the shop to collect car seat. Think this would have just been very helpful and something the staff at Halfords should maybe think of in future.
I went into Halfords yesterday to buy a tire pressure gauge/ air compressor for my car. Olivia, was very helpful, showing me where the item was when I was unable to find it myself, she was very friendly, great customer service from her! The compressor itself was a good price I even managed to save some money by joining the Halfords motoring club, definitely recommend joining its worth the 2mins it takes at checkout and the compressor works very well. So overall, from my experience Halfords sell great quality items, at a great price and the staff are very friendly and helpful!
Had a bulb fitted on my Vauxhall on new years day in the cold. The first person struggled due to it being a tight space A lady took over and fitted it. And would not stop till it was fitted. Great staff and service
