In terms of Cycling, the staff have been absolutely helpful in every single way. All staff, not just the person that did the final checks on my bikes, but all staff that I have talked with on the phone, and the cycling team have been truly helpful in every way. I would give it more than Five * Stars if I could, has been an overall pleasant experience, and I rode my bike away satisfied with the impeccable service that they have provided.

Jack at the Gloucester Branch was exceptionally helpful and efficient. Despite having an imported vehicle he manager to fit new wipers and the price was very good ! Thank you Jack

OK halfrauds...  Very expensive for certain. Things even using trade discount card.  Some of the advise I heard from store assistant  made me shudder.
Service OK, knowledge limited and how I see the fitting team  outside attacking a headlamp trying to fit a bulb..

Great service when you go to collect a delivery, and staff very useful when it comes to bike knowledge. Range and pricing is also balanced. Overall great shop and easy access.

Not very helpful people  happy to sell you a car radio but not very good at accommodating the fitting even though they say they fit and then you as a customer have got to phone around all other Halfords to arrange a fitting
