Absolute waste of space. Ordered online to collect. I turn up at the collection point, "Sorry go to that bloke over there by the computers, he will help you.", so I go over to him, got told "Sorry too busy with a customer...", another sales bloke then sidles up, "Do you need help?", me "yes please... I want to collect this item that I ordered yesterday", him, "OK let me see if I can find someone"... He then takes me back to the bloke who was too busy... Me, "Erm, why can't you help?", "sorry no, not my department and then he walks off"... So what's the point of offering a collection service if you cannot bloody provide it. I ended up walking out after waiting 20 minutes with my thumbs up my arse. Bought online elsewhere instead.

Not many electrical stores around any more. But Curry's is very local to me, so convenient. Good selection of stock and will price match!

Immediate attention and detailed explanation given on each of the items we looked at..purchase went very smoothly..unfortunately we found the recipient of the item was unable to deal with the technology as she is 97 yrs of she.. manager refunded without quibble..well done

Went in a couple weeks ago to upgrade my phone as I went here before and received great service from Luke and Elle in the carphone team (Luke being the manager) , came back to see them and was told by a member of the Currys Pc World team that both colleagues had left, subsequently i found out the store was closed. The colleague that told me was rude and abrupt in such a manner that i now understand why they left. Won’t be returning.

Nice sized store with pretty much everything electrical you need for the home. Easy location and large carpark, the prices are very competitive too.

It's nice to be able to browse and handle what you are buying, and know the price is the same or not far off an internet retailer.

Everytime I have reserved online, it's always ready to collect.
