Had some bulbs fitted in my car the other week, the lady who did this was very helpful and explained I can have a free 10 point check on my car another day as they were short staffed. I returned a week later and 2 young men carried out my free check, they were very informative and explained everything clearly to me. Two times I've visited this store and have had positive experiences each time. Thank you Halfords
Eve met me as I walked into the store and offered to help. She took time and consideration to find exactly what I wanted, at the best price, she tested the kit to ensure that it worked. Superb friendly service. You are lucky to have Eve at your Bromsgrove store.
The self service tablet stock levels weren’t reflective of store stock which caused confusion when I was looking for a part. On purchasing the correct part I asked if it could be fitted as part of the purchase. The till clerk then got on her radio to ask if a staff member was free. This turned into a 3 minute flirtatious exchange between the clerk and unknown staff member - where the clerk repeatedly asked whether or not they wanted to fit it or not. Not professional, not good customer service and one very disappointed customer.
John the manager recommended a product not fit for purpose and didn’t work. Being inept and devoid of any customer skills my request for a refund was declined on the basis it had become damaged. Wasted an afternoon of my life, it’s a dire store, don’t waste your time or money.
So Halfords is an absolutely useless company. Got a flat tyre and took it to them and they told me its specialist and they cant do it. Well i went and just took my tyre off in 2 minutes and found i have 2 thorns. So im about to apply my specialist knowledge on repairing bike tyres that halfords lacks and repair it myself with a puncture repair kit. What a waste of space Edit: Just to add to it managed to fix the issue easily myself by applying a patch to the tube. I then slimed the inner tube
Terrible service. Took my grandsons bicycle in for its 6 week check. Was told it would be done that day or first thing next day. 1330 arrived still no information so contacted customer service was told that they would contact Bromsgrove store and they would call me within 10 mins. What a surprise no one contacted me. Eventually found a store number and was told ohh it’s been done. Very unsatisfactory service.
Was served today by a very pleasant young man by the initials of BW i think but if I'm incorrect the young man was a credit to your store
This is A new Review!! The store have had my son's electric bike in to have an inner tube fitted and both tyres slimed on 16th November. The bike was returned with the electric motor not working properly. I returned it as soon as realised. They have now had the bike for over 3 Weeks I have called the Bromsgrove branch 3 times and been up their twice and still not fixed or even an update call after complaining twice. I called again today and spoke to Kaybe on the general call centre line., nobody would speak to me from the store as the guy Ben was on his lunch. I have never been treated so badly before. I am having to drop my son to school every day as he cannot ride his bike at my expense. I am not happy at all his lunch. I have never been treated so badly before. Kyle and the manager were very helpful with my purchase today. Very efficient service and advice.
Friendly and helpful service from Kyle at Bromsgrove Halfords. Brought a smile to our face for a mundane purchase!
