I'd give no stars if I could, been twice and was unfortunate enough to meet some moron called Ben, I think he forgets we customers pay his wages, he's some sort of supervisor with the customer skills of hermon munster..... Has that don't give a damn about you attitude and can't even make eye contact.... Makes you feel like your an inconvenience..... Both times I left having had the misfortune of this things presence and can tell you I was upset enough never to go bromsgrove kwik fit again..... When you spend good money you expect a smile and an attitude of care...... I can however tell you I ended up going to cotteridge branch of kwik fit and they saved the day, absolute lovely people and very, very helpful....... I can't thank them enough at this branch, it's amazing the feel good factor you get when your treated properly......... That Ben from bromsgrove had me make a rare call to their head office ranting..... My advice, DO NOT bother with kwik fit bromsgrove but travel out and if desparate there's another garage, better prices, better smiles 200 yards down road....... I so hope that big baboon is fired and ends up flipping burgers in Maccies.... I've no idea what the other workers are like but can tell you when you get one bad apple it tends to ruin the barrel...... Especially when the bad apple is meant to be the example.

Terrible don't go here rubbish service 3 days to change break pads and discs then when I went to finally pic up flat battery as they had left ignition on

After being there personally and asking for some prices that they could not provide on the spot, they took my contact number telling they will call. No call or anything. Cowboys working here. Avoid!

First and foremost - Kwikfit sell the cheapest tyres I can find, with one caveat, order online and book an appointment. For example a tyre for my Jaguar was 34% cheaper (£90!) ordering online. Apart from some BS about tracking requirements i have had no issues with the service.  I do however, agree that one of the staff here (Ben?) has a serious customer service delivery skill gap.  He does not interact in any way; no warmth, eye contact, speech and pretty much does everything he can to avoid you. It is very uncomfortable for both.  He should not be front of house as he is plainly unsuitable.

Spoke with lovely man yesterday who got me booked in for a 9am brake pad change this morning. Arrived at 9am to firstly be ignored for 2 minutes by the zombie on the desk. Not even a "can you give me a second" just blank stare, looked like he'd been smoking weed all weekend. He then proceeded to tell me he can't look at my car till 10:30am. Not someone i'd trust with my car. Booked into another garage straight away.
