Had an MOT done here for the first time and found them fast and efficient, but i have to say i was initialy attracted by a great price reduction for the MOT that Halfords had on offer and will be happy to use again in the future.

Horrible customer service. Went to get one tyre replaced and appointment booked for next day. Went next day, and they told it will take some time. So i tell them i will take a walk while it is done. Guy says he will call when ready. No call after half hour, so I return. Once returned I return to front office and remain seated, assuming that they will soon work on my car. Only after 15 minutes, the guy tells me, sorry the tyre ordered has not come. They just do not care. He says he cannot cope on his own. Very poor customer service and I certainly will try my best to tell all I know to never step into that place.

Over charged for a light beam adjustment.£30 when i know it would have been half at formula 1.I went in and asked.Could have bought the same budget tyre £12 cheaper.Car had grease marks left on both sides was left with them for a MOT.It was cleaner when i dropped it off.
