Terrible! Took my car in for a full service and MOT. I had already had a pre MOT check with another reputable garage so I was aware what my car would fail its MOT on. Got a phone call from F1 to say my car had failed its MOT and I kind of knew that but wasn't expecting the long list of things it failed on costing me over £400. I also had an ESP warning light on which it also failed on and F1 couldn't fix this so I had to take it to a specialist to get fixed. Took my car to the specialist and they couldn't open bonnet as the opening handle was loose, F1 have broken the bonnet leaver so the specialist spent a morning trying to open the bonnet up which they managed. Took my car back to F1 for a re-test and they decided they were gonna do another full test, this was halted because they couldn't open the bonnet which they had broke so I was asked to come and open it. I was curious about my car having a re-test and not a full test test so asked and they didn't even know?! The communication between them was rubbish as it took them 20 minutes to figure out that I was there for a re-test. I found the staff rude I was trying to explain about it to two different people and they both walked off halfway through me trying to explain, leaving me having to shout out across their garage even though neither of them seemed to be interested in or listening to what I was saying. They apparently fixed a leak in my exhaust which has since come back, even though it was done on March the 20th and shouldn't have come back if they had done a proper job! I would avoid F1 like the plague! They find all these made up faults that need fixing, don't properly fix these faults, break your car and are rude!

I was told that it would take 1.5 hours and 1.5 hours later i drove off with 4 fine new tyres. The service was very polite and professional. I was worried about my 21" diamond cut wheels but i assured they would look after them, and they did. What more can you ask!

The guys here always so a fantastic job. Never had any issues, very fast and friendly service. Good knowledge and always happy to offer advice, waiting room next door but good location with nearby retail park to walk to whilst you wait.

Pre ordered tyre online with an AM slot. Good price. Made sure I was there early and all done in less than 45 minutes. They also removed a loose exhaust box foc. Efficient and friendly service.

Booked in and pre-paid for a full service, with upgraded oil, plus an MOT. I get a call with the following, which was not included: Brake Fluid needed replacing, even though the computer says not till next year. Antifreeze was weak. Two tyres needed replacing. (Only 1 was replaced, and the other had a temporary repair) The biggest let down, is the fact my mileage per tank is normally between 650 and 670, but I had to fill up around 400 miles. Either my car has been left running all day, or it has been used. 1 week later, I go to get the tyre replaced which they said was just legal and badly warn on the inside, at my usual tyre place and they said there is plenty of tread, with still 3.5mm left. I am not happy with the overall level of service or the way I was told the things needed doing, and definitely not impressed I was about 200 miles short on a tank of diesel. I will not be using again.
