Great service from these guys. Booked online, drop off was efficient, did a service and MOT, got a call when completed (on time), clean MOT, no extra work, pick up/payment/documentation all very easy and quick. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff, highly recommended.

My car went in for an MOT immaculate. I had detailed the vehicle the 2 days previously. Halfords Autocentre replaced both stop lamp bulbs without my authorisation which resulted in extreme damage to the surrounding bodywork. Halfords Autocentre also scuffed one of my front wheels. In my opinion there is evidence of malicious damage to the area behind the rear light units designed to cause corrosion in future.

My car went in for a major service and when I collected it, it was misfiring. Took the car back and was informed they couldn’t find any faults. Had to get the RAC out to diagnose and they found two of the coils were damaged. Had to have them replaced. Halfords took the coils out to replace the spark plugs on the service. I wouldn’t recommend them

Very friendly, helpful and professional. Gave me advice in regard to advisories on my MOT which didn't make me feel like I was being pushed into anything
