Went in to get a wheel allignment- really handy online booking system so you can pick a timeslot and don't have to wait all day like at the manufacturer. Prices are great as well and the staff were lovely.

Although only a small setup, I was greeted at the reception desk quickly by one of the mechanics. He was friendly and efficient, and within minutes I had signed for the work, and arranged a pickup time. At the agreed time I arrived to find my car waiting on the forecourt. I picked up my keys at reception and left happy. No extras, no high pressure sales, no hassle.

No problems at all, booked in for full service and MOT. All carried out as expected, few advisories but at no point was there any pushy sales tactics to try and get me to have it done there and then. Easy to book online so all in all no reason not to give 5 stars
