I used to go to Halebank Primary School and it was an okay experience though I didn't really enjoy going to that school. Most of the teachers there were incredibly nice and one or two teachers were just strict and bullying rarely happened. I had a close friend that used to go here as well and she got bullied constantly and the teachers always told her off even though she did nothing and the next thing I knew she left the school. I cried so much and I really did miss her and she's probably forgotten that I existed but I'll always remember her. When it comes to bullying in that school, they'll probably either do nothing about it or they accuse the victim/s. Other than that, the education is good, the food is outstanding though I wish they had more drink options (unless they already have). The only things that I think need to be improved at this school is deal with bullying a bit more efficient and make education enjoyable because we all know that teaching and learning is going to become a joyless monster sometime in life (unless you're in love with school). Saying all of this will probably make me look like I'm technically saying that this school is dreadful and awful but to be honest, I don't really know what I should thinking of Halebank Primary School but on the other hand, I think that it could definitely be an exceptional school if a couple things changed (that's my most honest opinion I can give).

I was a student at that school and I was bullied for 4 years and I was so scared I didn't want to come into school so i moved and i was in a different school for year 5 and 6. Also the teachers thought that I was the one bullying but it was a person who is a year younger than me. I was hit in my scars and I have a medical condition so if I get hit in the stomach I will be in pain for a very long time. The school asked me to write an apology letter to the bully when I didn't do anything wrong. The bully always hit me, punched me and spat on me everyday and she didnt stop she even sat next to me in class for every school year that I was in. Yes there were good times but I always went home crying everyday I hope the teachers are happy that I'm gone cos I will NEVER send any of my family there because they didn't see what happened and they know that I am not a bullying type of person and that I am always polite and nice. That is how I was raised to be. So I believe that the teachers blamed me on purpose and they saw what she did and they blamed me. My mum even threatened to sue the school because the school was blaming me and punishing me for no reason at all and they did not punish the bully and they knew what she was doing. I am happy that I am free from that horrible place but I still have nightmares from that school everyday for 4 years now and I am now in year 8 so I still have those bad memories.I hope that the school is proud of what they have done to an innocent child (me)
