Story

We are a local hair salon in Dumfries located on English Street (opposite the cinema) we have 3 staff and they are:

Jenny (owner)

Michelle (stylist) - Michelle has been hairdressing for 10years, She trained at Salon49 and Slate then went on to work at Envy, She joined Hairworks 4years ago. Michelle has completed a Patrick Cameron hair-up course co specialise in wedding hair, she also has done Wella cutting & colourling courses. Recently Michelle completed a course in Racoon International Hair Extentions.

Nicole (trainee stylist) - Nicole has been working for Hairworks for 6years now and has started doing her training. She attends a college in Glasgow fortnightly as well as being trained within the salon. Having worked within the salon for so long Nicole has picked up her own set of skills and is very talented at hair ups.

Absolutely fantastic salon where the girls go out of their way to help. The salon is very modern and clean. time is taken to make sure that you get what you want. Its brilliant that you can go in and have a full days pampering if you want with a choice of massage, facials, make up, nails and hair treatments all available. The salon also sells the most amazing smelling bath bombs and smelly candles too. Jenny has been doing my hair for a few years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else, I would very highly recommend this salon.

This is an excellent salon, bright with plenty of space. The girls are very welcoming and friendly and it’s obvious once you’ve spoken with them, they know their stuff! Oh, and the hot chocolate you get when your colour is on is amazing!! Would have no problems recommending the salon to friends and family xx

once again the Hairworks team have got it spot on. I love my new style and colour, just what I needed. It is always worth the drive to get my hair done and to escape for a couple of hours. Great skill, atmosphere and now beauty treatments !!! Would highly recommend.
