Didn’t stick to the shape or length I asked for then had to try rectify it as didn’t have time to replace. Then charged me more saying glitter was £5 extra, I should have asked price before they started but says £27 for full set on the board and they then charged me another £10 for colour and glitter. Strange how they only accept cash too. Don’t think il be rushing backService: Acrylic nails

My most favourite sets yet!
Terrible, french manicure, worst I've ever had. Would not recommend.
First time I went there, was okay. 2nd time I went it was absolutely horrendous. Youngest girl that works there cannot do the job to save herself. The nails weren’t applied straight and the broke within the first week. Had gone to get them replaced and asked if they could top up the paint on another nail that hadn’t been done right, they would’ve had to redo the entire nail and charged me for it again. They don’t take appointments so had to wait over half an hour just to get the nail repaired. The nails kept snapping that eventually I just decided to go buy nail glue to fix them myself. Haven’t even been on for 2 weeks and have already had to do 2 repairs myself. Will not be going back. Not worth £30 at all.
I live in London and still make the effort to get my nails done here because they do such an amazing job! All of the nail technicians are incredibly skilled and true perfectionists! Best nail salon in the UK
Showed them a picture of what I wanted and they done great. Only fault is they seem to over book and was pretty crowded considering all changes etc. Friendly and quick
Absolutely amazing at Crystal nails, I'm never disappointed when i go there, my young daughter also loves to come with me and get her nails painted too... Staff are so friendly, love love love Crystal Nails.. Xxx
Booking of appointments is available. Lovely staff who all speak good English. A great choice of different nail options, pedicures included. A very popular salon.
Great place friendly staff quick efficient quality service. Good quality product lasts for ages.
