I am very sorry to say that my 90 year old Aunt was treated very badly at Hair Studio Roz. We arrived for an appointment albeit 15 minutes late but I had phoned in advance to warn we'd be late.  On arrival we were told my Aunt could not be seen. I explained that it was her 90th birthday the next day and she was desperate to have her hair done (it had not been done for some time) especially as she was having a party.  I was told to come back at 6.30pm which I was impressed by and very grateful for. I even took a bottle of wine along as a way to say thanks when we turned up  (in the cold and dark) at 6.30pm as instructed. Upon arrival the salon was in darkness, then the owner arrived, quite by coincidence it transpired, as she claimed no knowledge of the appointment.  I had to turn around once again with a very confused, disappointed and cold Aunt.  We were offered an 8am appointment the next morning but I really could not guarantee that I could get my aunt up, ready, dressed, in her wheelchair and out for such an early start and potentially risk the whole sorry saga happening again.  All in all I found the treatment given to us by Hair Studio Roz appalling and extremely shoddy.
