110% my favourite salon ever! They are extremely friendly, professional and most importantly at least in my opinion skilled. I moved to this salon after the North end site shut and I’m so happy that I did. Other than the professionalism that I have found in many Hair Ott salons this one also has the added bonus of loads of easy access parking for free and a subway, co-op and Starbucks within walking distance with your hair in foils. I would recommend them until the cows come home, then I’d recommend them to the cows.
Had my first appointment at OTT Lakeside last week and what a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I booked my appointment via the OTT app so I didn’t have to fumble on the phone or at a reception desk. There’s plenty free parking on site and I parked right outside the door. I had a cut and colour and was greeted warmly for my skin test and given plenty of time to discuss the look I wanted. On the day, Lucy cut and coloured my hair. I have a white blonde style which can be tricky to achieve but Lucy wasn’t fazed, my hair looked fabulous and I was given good advice on maintaining my colour. As I sat through my appointment I noticed a young woman across the salon who also had a stunning cut & colour so I guess standards at OTT must be generally high. There was non stop easy Motown playing in the background which I love and I feel the salon has got the right balance between caution and care for their clients during the covid crisis. I paid less than I’ve paid in some salons and received much better care, expertise & advice. I’m very happy with my look and very happy to recommend this salon.
Really fantastic salon, staff are all very friendly and cheerful. Summer is an incredibly talented stylist, full of ideas and her enthusiasm is contagious. Love my 'unicorn' hair.
Just popped in as I had an appointment in the adjacent building. Was paired up with Sonny, who achieved an amazing result with my hair - very, very happy! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area and beyond. Will be back, despite it being 15 miles out of my way. Top stuff, Sonny and Hair OTT.
Such a lovely experience. Mel was really attentive, gave me some great advice during a consultation about my hair cut and then taught me how to look after it/blow dry it for a day-to-day look and how to make it that bit fancier!!
Last visit was last day before lockdown today Maxine worked her magic for me. Red & orange my daughter likens it to a Phoenix which is how I feel reborn after weeks of shielding. Sad that salon has to be so restricted but was not nervous at all.
The ladies at Hair Ott do an amazing job. Lauren has been cutting my hair for several years and she does a wonderful job everytime.
I've been going to Hair Ott since I was a teenager. I've moved around a bit but no other salon cuts my hair as good as them.
