Best hairdressers I've ever been to. They are all so professional and friendly, and make me feel so relaxed. Wendy does such amazing work with my highlights and cut every time. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!
This is by far the best hair salon I've ever been to - they serve coffee and tea while you are getting your hair done and best of all you can expect that your stylist will be honest with you about what your hair needs. I came in last minute with a long multicolored mess that I called hair and walked out looking like a magazine cover. The staff is amazingly friendly, the woman who worked on my hair actually cared about what she was doing and it really showed when it all came together. If you go anywhere in Burgess Hill for your hair make it here, they can work miracles and they do it with a smile. Highly recommended and will be going back regularly.
Booked an appointment here which was easily done with the online booking service. However, I asked for a shoulder cut with lots of layers and framing my face - I explicitly stated at the start exactly what I wanted but the results were the total opposite. The cut was initially too long so I asked for it to be shorter which was fine enough but then my stylist just started to rush through the haircut, not taking proper care with the cutting and absolutely NO layers at all which resulted in a bush of thick hair which I was avoiding. I unfortunately hate confrontation and I couldn't bear to awkwardly say I disliked it as I feared the hairdresser would become even worse. I felt as if the hairdresser really didn't care whatsoever and it all started to go downhill from the moment I said I disliked the length. I have naturally thick hair and I disliked the cut so much that I actually went to another hairdresser the same day and got it 'fixed'. Overall, my experience was terrible and the prices are decent almost extortion but definitely not worth it with my experience. Not coming back here again.
Unfortunately I am really disappointed following my appointment yesterday. I took a photo of what I requested to be done which they said they could do. What I ended up with was nothing like it. I didn't say anything at the time as my hair looked nice but my colleagues cant even notice it has been coloured so what a waste of £129! At the end of the appointment they tried to charge me £195 which I disputed. My appointment didn't include a cut.
Had an appointment today with paula for cut /colour/ tonner /you are amazing I must be your most challenging client always expecting you to get the right colour today IV come away very happy yet again I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair Paula knows all there is to know about colouring thank again .
Friendly team and good service. Had a great head massage and conditioning treatment too! Overall a good experience and reasonably priced. Will be returning soon
Wife always gets her hair done here staff are amazing and always do a great job
Overpriced for the services they offer.... Not that impressed with the hair dyes as well.
