An outstanding GP practice with exceptional doctors and staff. A special mention to Linda at reception and Dr. Scott, who have always supported and assisted us. They have provided excellent care for my mother-in-law, who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Their compassion, patience, and professionalism have truly made a difference. We are deeply grateful for their ongoing support and the consistently high standard of care they deliver.
As someone who gets incredibly anxious at the doctors, I cannot express how kind, understanding and patient every member of staff has been with me over the past couple of years. The service provided is excellent and by far the best GP practice I have been to. They quickly respond to queries by text and I have found it easy to make appointments for procedures with short wait times. The staff are amazing and deserve recognition for their hard work so thank you! :
Awful GP surgery. I have been very poorly and struggling to breath. Everyone at work evenually persuaded me to go to the doctors as I just dont go. Dr Banbury said I needed to give it some more time even though its been going on for three weeks. I booked an e consult then he asked me to go to the surgery and leave work which was a complete waste of time as he offered me nothing. I won't be going again as I know it'd be a waste of time the NHS are useless I'm considering private heath care and have just found out I have a 24hour private GP line so will be calling them tomorrow. Please don't waste your time.
Avoid Melissa for your own mental stability. She is making me lose trust in the healthcare system. Try to arrange an appointment with someone other than her.
I’m thinking that all of the reviews on here that report it’s easy to get appointment are fake- because it’s virtually impossible to get a face to face Doctor appointment at this Doctors. I’ve been to main reception who simply told me to keep ringing up at 8am and fight to get an appointment or to use the nhs app to arrange a phone call appointment.
