Thank you to Dr Dina Abdel-Gadir and the team for the care, professionalism... and sense of humour... during my epidural spinal injection procedure on May 12. The procedure was calm and, apart from a few twinges, pain-free and over in fifteen minutes. I was discharged after tea and biscuits, and home quickly and safely by tube. Perfect!
Florence was amazing, I've never experienced someone in a while with such delicate treatment and it is a blessing. Everyone is helpful, friendly and respectful and I really appreciated my experience with them. All the best going forward!
I was at Hadley Wood Hospital last week for a planned investigative procedure. All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional and they put me at ease as soon as i arrived. Nurse Elizabeth was particularly helpful and she ensured everything went smoothly. The Doctor was thorough and because of his understanding and patience ensured I was comfortable and pain free throughout. I would be happy to use this hospital in the future.
I had a CT scan today at this hospital and I have never received such terrible and unprofessional service. I hadn't filled out the form completely because I had questions, I hadn't written down the allergies I had, I wanted the nurse to help me but instead of asking me questions and checking that I was the patient like they always did wherever I've been, here they told me to lie down and the scan started I had to tell them I had an allergy, she said 'ok' without checking my name, date of birth or the form I had filled in and which I hadn't signed and they didn't actually have my permission to do the scan but they did, they don't change their gloves before working with each patient, I was just in shock, now I realise exactly what happened. So the scan was done, I hope it's in my name and at least there things are fine. Yes I was an NHS patient but that doesn't give them the right to treat patient like that. With this way of working they will undoubtedly have problems at some point and I hope they are for them and not for the patients who have trusted them. I personally would never accept any treatment or diagnostics at this hospital again in.
I had a private dermatology appointment with Dr. Paola de Mozzi, but unfortunately I was not satisfied with the experience.nnAfter a fairly short consultation, I was prescribed antibiotics and a face cream, but I felt that the underlying cause of my issue was not really explored. Looking back, I don’t feel the treatment plan was the right approach for me, and sadly the appointment felt like a waste of both time and money.
