Most of the reception staff are exceptional and always finding ways to help. Most Doctors here are kind and really do listen. I would have given a five star but getting through on the phone can be a nightmare, but once you are able to, you can easily find help.nnToday’s experience 28/5/2024 was excellent, got an appointment for my child for 11:40 through a call back and the person was so kind, getting to the surgery, the receptionist was excellent and the doctor in Room 2 Dr Ade…. she was exceptional. With this experience, I think the surgery does deserve a five star. So I’m changing the four star to a five star
The BEST GP I have ever been to.nEasy to book an appointment, registration process took only 1 day, seen a doctor on the same day, doctor was very helpful and professional how doctors should be.nI am absolutely happy with my GP.nHighly recommend
Was trying to book an appointment this morning. One of the receptionists was very very rude and short with me whilst asking me what the issue was, how should I feel comfortable telling you my personal issue when you are so rude. I am very disappointed as I have been going to this gp my whole life. The receptionists are very rude. Apart from one that I spoke to to change my appointment she was very bubbly and apologised for the wait. Also the other day when visiting the reception in person one of the receptionists was eating popcorn with very very dirty hands while serving me. Mess of a reception.
The staff are great. The pressure they are under I am fully aware of, but I still gave them grief. Guilty. I wasn't expecting an immediate appointment, it was just one thing lead to another. I had 'phoned early morning but 22 in the queue. Gosh. I was then out and about so I requested reception to just book me in the next few days but they had no available slots. I was advised to come back after 2pm, or 'phone after 8am next day. I was already resigned to 'phoning the next day but I wanted to apologise to reception for my very curt and condescending manner. Reception was able to book me in the same afternoon. I didn't ask how, a cancellation maybe? I don't know. I saw a Doctor. Great. I have to say, however, I now know I have an infection which had not been detected by the specialist treatment people which you pay for. A life without professional Doctors, or cannot visit, cannot happen, and I thank the way you all treated me at EBHC. I will try not to be a prat again.
I had mixed experiences today. The receptionist was exceptionally rude to me and other people waiting to try and get an appointment I only went to the surgery because I could not get through on the phone. You feel like she is making the decision about whether you can see a doctor or not.nI thennhad a telephone conversation with the doctor who listened and was very professional and helpful.
