I’ve had consistently great experiences at this practice. The reception team is welcoming and efficient, and the doctors and nurses take their time to listen and explain things clearly. I always feel supported and cared for. A really brilliant practice.
I have visited the surgery more regularly over the last 2 years and have had a positive experience each time. Dr Dattani especially is kind, listens to you fully and is skilled in her profession. We were so appreciative of the teams efforts at east Barnet medical centre. Our 3yr old daughter was unwell with tonsillitis and had seen the Dr but needed to change her medication. We called late on a Friday afternoon and we quickly received a call from the Dr who dealt with the issue extremely promptly. It gave us huge peace of mind over the weekend and our daughter is getting better. Thank you.
I’ve called this morning to get an appointment. I was 6th in the queue, when they’ve answered my call, I was told that there are no more appointments left.nApparently, they are answering 5 calls at the same time and 5 appointments are going out at the same time.nThe same happened to my daughter 2 weeks ago, when she asked the question, she was told go to the hospital.nThe receptionists are running the place as if they own it.
