I'm also terrified of the dentist. I have been attending this dentist for many years now. They know me. I know them. They are professional, caring and polite. Thank you Jackie for being so patient. Thank you to the practice manager for implementing the new telephone system. I appreciate the sms reminder and the fact I can now queue on the telephone when your busy.

It’s not very well organised. I’ve never received a text message or any form of alert of upcoming appointments and all they give you when you’re there is a small piece of paper with your appointment on it which is easily lost if your appointment is quite a while away. They also have not given me an appointment slip and then when I have rang to enquire about an appointment they have said I missed one. Overall the staff are nice but underperforming and I’m very disappointed and thinking of going somewhere else.

I arranged a semi emergency appointment on Monday for today at 12.00 noon. When I arrived before 12.00 i was told Ms Bate was running a little late and the waiting area was full. I waited until I was virtually the last person waiting with others who had arrived after me having gone to their appointments, this was 12.30 hrs. On further enquiry I was told the wait for Ms bate was 30 -40 minutes. At 12.40 the abrupt receptionist had collected my papers and suggested I saw another dentist, I sais wished to see Ms bate. At that point the receptionist said the next available appointment was 1st February 2018, clearly there was no intention of Ms bate attending to me today. This is not the first time Hadfield have cancelled appointments at the last minute and makes one think...................are they fit for purpose. Think twice before registering with this practice. They promise the earth but don't deliver

This surgery would get 5 stars all day long if they could get Andrew to stay permanently. What an awesome dentist. Can't thank him enough for his skill and knowledge.
