The environment is very comfortable. There are three floors where you can browse freely. The store manager's service is very good. He carefully explains material of the New collection "HACKETT SPORT ZIPPED CLOSURE SWEATSHIRT". It is very comfortable and elastic to wear. The material is completely different from ordinary jackets. It is as amazing as discovering a new world. magic
A shop over 3 floors with lots of quality suits and shirts to choose from. The suit section on the first floor is spacious and nicely laid out. The changing rooms are nice and big too. I received a good customer service when I went for a suit. The gentleman who served me was very helpful. They do an alteration service if required.
I bought a suit for my daughter’s wedding and had it tailored to fit me perfect, the bill came to over £500 and I was excited to wear a new expensive suit. On the day of the wedding a guest comes and points out that there are multiple holes in the suit trousers as the seams weren’t sewn properly, a quick fix with a few pins but I was distressed as a suit I had spent so much money on had a really bad fault and I was walking around with holes in my trousers which ruined one of the most important nights of my life ! I want something done about this and not just a fix as it shouldn’t have been faulty in the first place ! Such bad quality and service for such a “prestigious” and high priced brand ! Wouldn’t buy again !!!!
My partner and I visited the store a few days ago and went home very happy with a suit and waistcoat. They had a good selection of suits. The customer service we received from George though was absolutely amazing. He was extremely patient and helpful - he gave great advice and also brought out a large collection of suits and waistcoats to try on. He definitely went the extra mile and made it a very pleasant and smooth experience. Would definitely visit again if we’re in search of another suit!
Bought a rucksack from Hackett’s regent street store approx 18 months ago. Assuming it would be good quality and last a life time, I was initially happy. However, after 3 months the straps and handle started to fray and come away from the bag. 6 months in and the zip stopped staying shut I.e it would come undone after the zip handle had passed over it. I took it into store but received no help from the staff who said I couldn’t return it since it has been over 6 months since purchase and that it’s my fault for overloading the bag which wasn’t true since the bag has only ever had my laptop and coat in it. So I kept the bag assuming I could still use it despite its faults but in the past few days one of the straps has completely broken meaning I can’t use it at all. I’m incredibly disappointed that a very expensive bag has lasted less than 2 years through very normal use. I thought Hackett was a synonym for high quality but obviously I’m very mistaken and won’t be buying anything from them again.
I visited the shop recently to buy a blazer and was looked after by Ava possibly Eva?. She was excellent. Knowledgable about fitting/alterations, made me feel comfortable, gave honest feedback and gave me space to mull the decision for what was a fairly expensive purchase. There was no pressure whatsoever and I genuinely don’t think I would have bought on this particular day without her help. Such an unusual experience in retail these days. She represents the Hackett brand extremely well.
Excellent and patient service from the team. I tried on a few suits, selected in, had my suit pinned by the staff and then, tailored and delivered to my home, along with a Vodka Soda - I'm not going anywhere else for my suits.
To avoid their product completely and specifically the staff of this store ! I pop in today to enquire about a gilet that the quality of it has gone very bad and the manager over there had to mention is that it’s 2018 collection even though I got it last year but then he was kinda telling me what are you expecting!!! I mentioned if there’s anything I can do to get the colour of it back or any tips but then all he had to say was yeah go and do whatever you want to do and here I am telling the peoples my experience and opinion
I have been a customer of 30 years of Hackett and have many great products. BUT I bought an Aston Martin jacket on January 13th 2022 and after little or no use The AM logo started to peel off Feb 2023, I spoke to customer support and they asked me to visit the Regents' Street store for review, where I was told it was fair wear and tear, on a jacket that had been worn maybe 20 times and is 50 days out of warranty for a £350rrp jacket. So the quality of Hackett's products seem to be as low as their respect for their customers. So nice shop very poor quality product today, it used to be great but now lasts many a year, the usual things of big brands forgetting their core customers. UPDATE: BTW Hackett have replied to this review a week ago but to date have not been in touch, but probably more for public show.
The suit is perfect and the quality is really high class and fair to the value. The best thing about this experience was the customer service though. I was assisted by Ben, very professional and prepared, he immediately found the suit I wanted and he made all the arrangements for the adjustment with the highest precision. Couldn’t ask for more. Will be back here for the next suit! 10/10
