Cool clothing store for youngsters! Check out the cool spring collection. This store is bigger than the one in Westfield and the collection is also good in this store. Checkout online for good discount. There are additional discounts on the app!!
The store is organized, clean and tidy. Very up -to -date fashion, lots of discounted prices for early summer clothes.
Convenient location and helpful staffs. The product on the ground floor doesn’t have great variety and choice but definitely something of different styles fir the ladies.
Love, love, love. Love their clothes. I always find them fashionable and stylish. Also fairly affordable. The reason it doesn't get a 5 star is the automated check out. Having to remove those awful protective pins from the garments is not easy if you have never done it before. Not a good idea. Get more staff.
Rude stuff put faulty returned items back on the shop floor for sale- Customers be aware!! Came in and chose two items after about an hour of spending at the fitting rooms. Once I paid at the self checkouts I realised the blouse had the stitching coming off, being frustrated with not having had the help from staff to show how the self checkouts worked I decided to return both items. The young gal at the checkout very rude. I saw her putting the label back on the faulty shirt and putting it together with the non faulty item. I asked why she put the tag back on as the stitches were coming off and she said not to worry. I repeated the item was faulty and I wouldn't want another customer to buy it only to realise later it's faulty, and have to return as I had to do. She then yelled at me that she knows her job and not to tell her what to do. Very rude and unprofessional. As a customer I have the right to ask this question , especially when I had to queue again in order to return, after spending an hour in the shop. I don't think I will return t.
I don't know if it was racism, but I went in the to make a collection, and this staff member's attitude was really hurtful. At one point she bumped me with her shoulder and I dropped my phone. She took a glance and turned away without saying anything. When she finally had my parcel she just threw it into my arms and walked away. It was a petite, blonde lady who wore a red lipstick and spoke with an accent.
Refused a refund due to exceeding the return date, which is more than fair enough. Sadly the manager is incredibly rude and dismissive. Perhaps a course in customer management and basic etiquette might help here.
Very good location with very nice clothes
Ordered an item on 11th Feb which was confirmed. Was then told today that they've cancelled my order 16th Feb due to insufficient stock! Surely someone should have known in the first instance about whether there was stock before the order was accepted and confirmed with money being put down. Not a great experience at all.
A wide variety of clothes to choose from. Good summer clothes but could be better.
