Chris, Paul and Stephen were abosolutley outstanding with their service! felt at complete ease with these guys during our buying and selling period. Nothing was a problem, always on hand to answer questions or concerns, and they really cared about our situation and took the pressure and stress off our backs. We are more than happy to recommend Stephen, Paul, Chris all the guys at Haart in Broadstairs.  We had a very horrible experience with another estate agent and these guys are a breath of fresh air in comparison.  Honest, helpful and professional. Nothing is to much trouble,  they are there if you need them.  I feel confident and happy to put my trust in them to do a great job and sell my house. Don't use anyone else, highly recommended.

Had Paul Gardner come round to do a valuation on my Nans home today. He made her feel very comfortable and at ease. Very happy with the information given and the help received. Will be happy to sell through Haart and Paul.

Keep up the good work will be telling my brother to get you guys out for his house.

First impressions of all the staff was a very warm welcoming one. Chris has been fantastic in keeping me up to date with the current market and David Votta on the lettings side helped me enormously with his expert knowledge.

We have just put our house up for sale with Haart in Broadstairs!
We are very impressed with Paul and Chris, who are professional and likeable. 
Any worries, thoughts and questions we had about selling, moving, fees and costs were discussed and clarified without them being pushy or bias.
We found the experience pleasant and are looking forward to selling and moving with Haart.
