We were visited by Melody Rogers in order to value our property as part of our decision making process whether or not the time was right to sell up and downsize. Her manner was very friendly and her approach totally professional. She thoroughly explained the “Hart” process to us and introduced us to “Flink”, a selling method that we did not previously know of. Whilst we have not yet made a final decision on selling, we were very impressed with Hart as an estate agent and Melody Rogers as an individual.
Mel and the team had been proactive in wanting to market and sell my house for me. Their approach and conduct has been exemplary all the way through the process from valuation, marketing, viewings to liaising with conveyance solicitors. I have had regular communication from Mel and Laura at Haart Newark whilst the house was on the market. I am very happy with the work the team have done to sell my house. Thank you!!
From the first point of contact I was impressed with the professional service provided by Haart, Newark. My house had been on the market for a few months without any movement nor indeed any real positive feedback from my then agents. But then Haart came on board ...... What impressed me most was the attitude of the staff. Most of my my interaction was with Melody Rogers and I can't fault the enthusiasm with which she approached and dealt with the marketing of my property, which was a pleasant breath of fresh air in the stressful world of selling & moving !! It was obvious she really enjoys her job and yup, she's pretty good at it too !! So thank you Melody ! Add to this, whenever I walked into the office in Newark, everyone stopped and took time to chat with me and discuss the current progress ! Again, first time I've received such service from an estate agency.... So - to sum up.....Thank you very much Haart of Newark, I'm hoping to exchange next week .
Fantastic service from haart. Melody came and valued our property at a price higher than any other estate agent we invited. She filled us with confidence that she would achieve the asking price and the whole team at Haart helped us get it.
Melody came out and valued our house and we were delighted with the price we were offered. Although we are still deciding whether to put our house on the market we have sold previous properties with Haart as we felt they offered us a very professional service.
Moved to Haart estate agents after my house was up for sale 12 months plus with a different company. Had more viewings in the first 2 weeks than the previous 12 months put together. The manager Jo had the kind of personality where she wouldn't accept no for an answer in respect to selling the house and did just than within 6 weeks! Laura who works there dealt with all my queries and viewings expertly. Cannot speak highly enough of Haart and would recommend to anyone.

Out of the 4 estate agents we used for buying my Dad his property, Haart was by far the best service. Always kept in touch, got back to us in a timely fashion, very friendly and knew our requirements really well. Would definitely use them again.
