I purchased a second hand Honda Civic from here last November, absolutely fantastic car. No pushy salespeople, car was exactly as described. They even went above themselves and gave car a good polish as it had a few scratches on that I did notice, perfect went home sorted insurance out and collected after work yes they went back after hours so I could collect it which was a nice gesture. Any ways I was after a car for my son who has just passed his test last week, I gave Castlegate a call to see if he had anything around my budget. He didn’t but as I’ve already purchased a car from here, for me they did me a fantastic deal on a Ford Fiesta. Full mot, been looked after no knocks or bangs absolutely as described again. Was never in 2 minds I told him I was having it on the test drive. Amir is a fantastic friendly guy and I wouldn’t hesitate buying another car from him.
Excellent service Fast, friendly and efficient deal Quick and easy from start to finish.Amir was quick to respond to an initial enquiry and didn’t try to be pushy which is a huge put off for me when buying a car. Got a great price p/x for my old car and the hand over was quick and easy too. First time I’ve ever bought a car without viewing and I’d do it again from here. Car is phenomenal as well.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. So my partner bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from here back in December. Within a few days the Engine Management light came on. Time after time we told them and took it in and they said "they'd sorted it" Again it came on before the Christmas Holidays and they said they'd ordered a sensor which was causing the problem. In January we took the car in to be fixed but all they did was reset the computer as the light came back on again with a few hours. My partner rang about the log book multiple times and they said they posted it it's still not arrived months later Then every time we tried to contact them they say "they're busy in the bank and they'd phone back" Well it must be a big queue as they never rang back. Later on the back door mechanism would jam which is an instant fail and all they said was we'd sort it when we book you in. Well now the Car is getting scrapped as we took it to another garage to be fixed as the DPF has gone, Exaust was blocked, Turbo has gone, Exaust had holes in it which my partner mentioned numerous times but they said it didn't Also the engine is damaged due to the Exaust Pressure build up. Basically they'd fob you off until the warranty runs out. I'd look elsewhere
