Very overpriced food for very small amounts. I ordered a milkshake and it didn't even looked like the picture on the menu it was only milk and some chocolate powder not even mixed and they didn't add whipped cream at all. I asked for a straw and the cashier said just drink it without straw. I was very disappointed not worth to go there.. 13/10/2022 October
Guys, if your official timetable says you’re working until 00:00 you shouldn’t kick the clients out at 23:45, especially if shop is still open and cashier machine is still on. It was all about five minutes to serve two cups of ice cream for take away. Absolutely disappointing and unprofessional!!!
As a Haagen dazs fan I was excited to find this place on our trip. It’s really cute and designed very colorful and attractive. We enjoyed sitting here and having one of the best ice creams in the world :-

Very upsetting service I will never come back there ! You are sexist, allowing women to jump queue after I had been waiting.....i could understand jumping queue if disabled etc... but not for just being a woman
