Skipton Branch. Went in today to collect a link for my watch strap and have it fitted. I was served by a very lovely lady called Helen who was so friendly and kind. Her colleague Grace was also chatty and friendly. Such a welcoming team, gold star to you both! Thank you.
Unfortunately I didn't go in to purchase anything but to get help removing a ring on a damaged finger. The assistant was lovely and helpful and the manager a blessing. Thank you again for the help you gave me when I was desperate. I took a peak at some cuff links and other unique little gems. Very good affordable prices in an old style welcoming atmosphere. Thank you so much for what you did for me I am grateful.
Lovely helpful young man. He took a link out of my silver bracelet watch and I bought a new leather strap for other watch, which he fitted. Plenty of gorgeous valentines gifts for him and her in the sale. Well worth a visit, you won't be disappointed.
I stopped in H. Samuels for a last minute birthday buy! Melissa was a great help when it came to choosing my new watch! Leaving a review here because I lost my reciept, but at least now I wont lose the time!
A sad story with a very good result, due to the hard work and cooperation of the very understanding Manger "Yamale". This lady turned a very upsetting situation into a really nice surprise. Yamale resolved our problem with her understanding and experience. The result was as shown in the picture. My partner was delighted with this. We can highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for good value jewellery and great customer care, Thank you
Will definitely be going back to this store, they had just what I needed and the staff were lovely! A lady called Melissa was so helpful and incredibly patient with my indecisiveness, I'm hopeless when it comes to making a decision but she knew exactly how to help :
H.Samuels Another well known High Street name, personal opinion mediocre jewellery at over the top prices nothing good or bad if your looking for something special I don't think that Samuel's is the place to look, there are many more jewelers who will give you a far better deal, the staff are helpful and friendly but they are paid a wage/salary wheras an independent jewellery shop will give you a much better service and deal, have a look but also look around.
Very helpful staff but sadly they couldn't find the product that we had arranged to be delivered there. This was in spite of being informed they had it hence our journey.
Good selection of watches jewelry and clocks.
