Myself and my husband to be, had been shopping for a wedding ring. We visited a few jewellers and weren't happy with the service. We visited H. Samuel on Northumberland Street, Newcastle and were greeted by a very friendly and approachable Faye. She greeted us with a smile made us feel at ease and comfortable. Her service was excellent, she gave us guidance, discussed the different styles of ring. Faye was truly excellent without her help I would never have found my perfect wedding ring, for my very small hands/fingers. She provided options and clearly guided me through the next steps of ring fitting and alterations. Thank you so much Faye, you are a diamond.
A special thank you to Wendy and Louise for their incredible service in store today. We needed to exchange a ring due to the purchased size being too big and they managed to get this resolved for us within a few minutes after reaching out to another store to request the product. Such a relief to get it sorted and so quickly. Fantastic service yet again, can't recommend this store enough. Thank you both for your time and service today!

I went for a second piercing on my ears and Louise who serviced me, couldn't have been more helpful. She did an absolutely fantastic job with what was her first ear piercing.
Needed a new ring. The one I got doesn't fit me anymore. All other places I went to had a waiting time for 4 to 6 weeks . Because my size of the ring nobody had in stock and needed to be special ordered. Luckily Helen was very helpful, that one I wanted was only 1 week of waiting time rather than 4 weeks. More than happy. Paid and waiting to be collected next week. Much appreciated and thanks very much. Definitely get my customs again. Got an 18 carat gold wedding ring size Y.
Called in yesterday to browse engagement rings and spoke to lovely lady called Helen who was very friendly and informative about all the different rings,metals,stones available in their ranges. Was no pressure into buying anything just all round friendly advice & information. Would highly recommend this branch and Helen for all the information you need.
My second watch purchase the very pleasant Wendy first was March 2023 she showed me it works, all with a smile and a bit of humour. Made my day worthwhile.. I could have went to other stores. she even remembered my Christian name. After a year How about that. She is pleasant / professional understanding a credit to store.
