We had an amazing experience at Fraser Hart with Adam at their Metrocentre store. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Adam assisted us in arranging the custom design of my ring, and his passion really shone through when talking us through pocket watches—something he clearly cares about. He also went above and beyond by identifying a fault with my engagement ring which was bought elsewhere, allowing us to send it away for repair before we lost any diamonds. We can’t thank him enough for his expertise and care. We are absolutely thrilled with the rings he helped us choose. Highly recommend!
My fiancé and I popped into the Fraser Hart Metrocentre store today to select my wedding band. The whole team were welcoming and warm. Ian, in particular, was adept at understanding our needs and taking the time to listen and explain different shapes and sizes of the bands. We deliberated and returned to make the purchase for my wedding band, not only because of the good price for the product but mainly because we were made to feel valued as customers. Would recommend and return in the future.
I bought a lovely gold and diamond crossover ring from the Metro Centre branch. I was looked after by Luan, a lovely lady, very helpful, professional and courteous. The store didn't have my size in the ring, so it was ordered to be delivered by UPS. I was kept informed throughout and the ring was delivered on the day of my choice. I would recommend this company for choice and service. Thank you Fraser Hart Metro Centre.

I went into the Metrocentre gateshead store with my brother to try on Seiko watches, and had a fantastic time chatting to the friendly staff Adam and Ian, who were both as enthusiastic about wrist watches as we were, and they gave an excellent service, our dad met us and ended up purchasing a Tissot while we were there at a good price. Unlike some retailers, we felt welcome and I will certainly be visiting again to purchase through the great staff at that store!
I cannot recommend this jewelers enough for their service, patience, especially to Luan and Adam at the metro centre branch, they are an absolute credit to the business!

Christian and Adam provided one of the very best buying experiences I’ve had in years when purchasing my new Oris Aquis Calibre 400 watch at the Metro Centre in Gateshead. These guys were brilliant and a credit to Fraser Hart. Highly recommended.
My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from this store and based on the customer service he received as well as my own from visits for cleans etc we decided to also purchase our wedding bands here too. There was some issues between ordering and receiving the rings but Adam helped rectify these issues. We feel he really went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted. Fantastic service and welcoming atmosphere much more so than other jewellery stores I've seen. Adam and the team helped me out immensely with watches I was interested in. I was able to try on a variety i was looking at Oris, Longines and order in other watches that weren't in stock. I ended up choosing the right watch for me and couldn't be happier with it, definitely recommended.
