Bought a G-Shock and it arrived so quick I bought another the next day!! Great service, watches arrived as expected. Good packaging. Would definitely recommend and I will be keeping my eye on your stock from time to time.

I purchased a watch during their Black Friday sale. After 3 weeks of waiting I was told they had still not received my watch in their latest shipment from the manufacturer and was issued a refund.  My problem is that I never requested a refund.  I specifically wanted the watch I had purchased. I informed them I was happy to wait while until they received a new order so that I could still get the watch I ordered, and have heard nothing from them. I was eventually offered the explanation that they were never sent the product from the parent company. Though the watch is still manufactured and sold by the parent company, so it’s not as if it’s sold out and no longer in production.  Very disappointed with my experience as the company made no additional effort to attempt to coordinate with me on how to get the product and instead cancelled the order.

Searched most local shop and Timex themselves...OUT OF STOCK...fell across H.S.Johnson on the internet and saw exactly what I was looking for and it was in stock at a good price  1 happy daughter with 1 new Stranger Things Timex watch. Really fast delivery and tracked. Keep up the good service.

Found the watch I wanted on-line with a few retailers. However I wanted to buy from a “bricks and mortar” actual high street shop rather than some random warehouse somewhere. H.S. Johnson sold the watch at a highly competitive price and shipped it out quickly and securely the very next day. Received it safely, well packaged and secure in transit. First class service. Ordered a watch which was delivered in under 24 hrs. The watch itself is superb, the price was best on the net, and in this day and age its nice to deal with an independent retailer who responds, communicates and delivers on time or better. I highly recommend H S Johnson.

I was given a beautiful Rotary watch from H.S. Johnson but the metal strap was slightly too short - I contacted them to see if there was anything they could do about it. Customer Services responded within a day saying they could get extra links - 2 would be free - how many did I need? I replied 3 would be good, how much might I owe them for the third link. The three links were in the post the next day for no charge! I now have a lovely watch that fits perfectly! I highly recommend this store!

H.S.Johnson had the best value offer on the internet for the watch I wanted with free delivery. It arrived next day with a full charge and the correct date and time settings. All I had to do was put it on. Bravo. Could not be happier with my purchase. Supported a local business instead of just ordering on amazon. I will definitely be using this shop again in future.
