I felt the choice if clothing was limited,for men anyway. Staff seemed shy not particular helpful. Layout of shop is a bit cluttered. Average place for clothes.  Better range for woman. Went with partner so she was happy  I W's unimlressed

Wife likes going in here for the standard jeans etc but never really gets anything else as mostly everything is rubbish in there but occasionally there something they do that is ok. Staff are average and it’s just a bit cramped with the amount of clothing rails everywhere.

Manager does not seem to have a clue about what she's doing and has most certainly no problem solving skills whatsoever. From my experience, better training on how to talk, approach and even deal with customer would be beneficial for all of them.  
I would strongly suggest, visible posters mentioning "No people are allowed in to the fitting rooms" Since if you're partner wants to try a dress and show it only to you, she has to walk through the "fashion" aisle, cause men are not allowed to even stand just outside the actual fitting room. Once se situation was mentioned to the manager, all I received was a "sorry about that" and walked away. Poor customer service.
