Some of the staff are obstructive and unhelpful to litigants in person. They also refuse to send out Court orders by email, which is inefficient in this day and age.
Staff are amazing in person BUT trying to get through the RIDICULOUS phone system to try and actually speak with them is dreadful. Terrible service, have had to listen and select 8 separate options and now 35 minutes in and still no sign of speaking to anybody. I live miles away but still could have driven there instead in this time. Appalling.
Been trying to get through on the phone for over a week. Been waiting on the phone for almost 2 hours a time and just realised they closed half an hour ago and I’m still in a queue waiting!!!!!!nDoes anyone ever answer the phone?
Hang up on you while holding line 3hrs on phone
Staff are probably the most helpful iv come across resolving problems.nCalled a few time and had to visit everytime staff have helped me.
