Having had new lenses fitted to my spectacles in June I found that I was still struggling to read text on my monitor and on TV. Eventually I returned to HB Opticians near the beginning of November to ask if anything could be done to improve the situation. I was delighted when I was offered another eye test from which further new lenses were fitted and was told that there would be no extra cost! I now can comfortably read most of what was just a blur earlier. I couldn't have expected any better service than I received. HB Opticians at Broadway have my grateful thanks.

Very capable staff always eager to please. Hazel the owner is of course a fully qualified and experienced Optician. She is a very personable person fully up to date with all the lens developments and gives the best of advice to her clients. It is a joy having such a professional and caring business.
