Very small branch. Pharmacy have recently introduced text based information cascade. That works well. No need to enquire if one’s Rx is ready. That will eliminate the reason for an unnecessary visit. Pharmacy is always busy.nThe whole complex where the pharmacy is, is outdated. Need revamping.

Awful experience. Very Rude staff member at the counter, extremely unfriendly and poor eye contact. I was at this pharmacy the other day to collect a prescription. It is a small and congested place with lot of people. The staff member has no idea about confidentiality and asking customer to shout out address and post code. Boots has to educate them DO NOT FORCE TO DIVULGE ADDRESS INCLUDING POST CODE. There are scammers every where who can misuse information. It is going to be a serious breach of security.

Overall, a good branch. Limited retail stock but very handy for local residents. Staff do their best dealing with some very grumpy and demanding customers…of which there are a few

This pharmacy is terrible. I've never been particularly impressed and have always found them unfriendly and weak on customer service. Last week for instance when needing a repeat prescription the attitude of the manager Dan was downright rude and insulting. He's not fit to manage a pharmacy and I can see why everyone there is always so miserable.

Always pleasant, helpful and service with a smile.
