The whole idea of clearing out a basement workshop and disposing of furniture - after a bereavement, and before a house move - was keeping me awake at night. Stuart made it easy, and was a pleasure to deal with - he worked really quickly and efficiently with his young colleague to load everything into his van (which I swear is a Tardis...), overcoming every removal challenge, leaving the cleared areas spotless, and at a really reasonable price. I'm delighted to have found Gwynedd House Clearance, and would recommend them most highly.

I can't recommend Gwynedd House Clearance highly enough. I was really impressed at the conscientious way they went about the job, right from the initial quote to sending the final photos once the job was complete. They cleared, cleaned, carried out minor repairs to a house and garden. The work they did in the garden was very impressive. They proved to be very trustworthy and as I don't live in the area, were a massive help to me. At the end of the day, due to their efforts we have had 2 viewings of the property in the 1st week it's been on the market. The property was in such a mess before they worked wonders, so I attribute this entirely to the high standard of finish they achieved.

Stuart and his team recently cleared our house and did a superb job. They responded professionally and promptly from initial enquiry to completion. They arrived on time and with all equipment needed including all tools, carpet protectors and cleaning items.The house was cleared within a day and left spotless. Each room was left clean with every cupboard wiped out, carpets hoovered and windows left sparkling. They were pleasant, friendly, efficient and hard working. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service, I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a good    quick efficient service. A relatives house needed to be cleared  and I live too far away to do it. I contacted Gwynedd House  clearance as they had the best reviews .I was sent before & after photos, I had no hassle  and the house was left ready for sale without me having to do a thing.

We had a relatives house to clear after a bereavement in North Wales which  seemed an impossible task. We live in the Highlands of Scotland and my husband is away on the oil rigs.
I talked to several house clearance companies  in the north wales area, one of which was Gwynedd House Clearance. From the start Stuart was very polite and respectful and explained how this process worked. We posted keys and quickly received a price and photo’s of the property. We were aware the property was  un-kept as our relative was a hoarder with grounds to match but the photo’s were quite shocking and a task that we wouldn't have been able to do.  We agreed on a price and instructed Gwynedd house clearance. The house and grounds took 4 days to clear. Stuart contacted us the evening the job was completed and emailed photo’s of the completed job. I hadn’t visited the property for a number of years and I was astounded at the before and after photos. Stuart and his team did my uncle and us proud.  I would not hesitate to recommend them. They made the whole process easy for us.
