From the initial contact right through to the actual house clearance itself this company headed by Stuart and Nik was professional and efficient throughout. Within hours of contacting them they conducted a house visit and sent me a full outline of the costs. When the house was ready to be cleared they responded immediately and went in the very next day despite the fact that it had been snowing! They even cleaned the house  and sent me some photos by email as I live a 4 hour drive hours from the property.  Thank you so much for a top class service! Sioned Edge.

I had to clear my late mother's property in Anglesey during Christmas week in anticipation of the completion of a sale of the property. I had arranged for the work to be carried out by another firm (who shall remain nameless) but, at 08:05 on the day of the proposed clearance, I received a call to say that they would be unable to attend the property on that day. I had travelled a long distance to be at the property and it was the only day the clearance could take place. With some skepticism, I hit the internet and was extremely fortunate to find Gwynedd House Clearance. By 11:15 we had agreed on the work that would be required (without them seeing it of course!), had agreed and paid the money they required and they had arrived on site with two vans and a team of people. By 14:00 the flat had been completely cleared of everything and then cleaned to a very high standard. I cannot thank Stuart and his team enough for their reaction time, their willingness to deal with any problem and the speed in which they did the job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks again!

I contacted Gwynedd House Clearance  in regards to my father's property which was in need of serious clearance and cleaning due to negelect over a period of time. I was very concerned about the state of the property and needed to get it cleared and cleaned quickly and to a high standard while my father was in hospital. 
From the first contact I had with Gwynedd House Clearance I was put at ease and we arranged to meet at the property the following morning . 
I felt quite embarassed about the state of the property and the living conditions which my father had been living in. Stuart put my mind at ease straight away , he was open and honest about what needed to be done at the property to get it habitable again. 
I was sent a quote by email within a few hours of our meeting and arrangments were made to attend the property within five days , which was quick and very efficient. 
Communication was frequent and strong through out the process. 
I met Stuart at the property on the morning of the clearance . We had a discussion about what was to be kept , taken away etc. Stuart even phoned to inform me that a piece of furniture that I wanted to keep was riddled with wood worm , and I trusted his opinion and judgement to throw it away . 
When I went back to the property at the end of the clearance and cleaning , I was speechless. The level of clearance and cleaning was amazing . Stuart took me around the property and asked me if there was anything I felt that needed more attention or another clean , and I honestly couldn't find a single thing ! The property was spotless . 
I would highly recommend this company and their services to anybody , they make you feel comfortable in a situation where you might feel embarassed -and they achieve a high standard of clearance and cleaning . Thank-you so much.
