"Porthmadog Football Club, one of the oldest in Wales, was founded in 1884. They were North Wales League champions in 1902/03 and reached the final of the Welsh Amateur Cup in 1905 -06 but had to wait until 1937-38 before they gained another championship.The '50s, '60s and '70s were highly successful decades for Port. The Welsh Amateur Cup was won in 1955/56 and 1956/57. The arrival of Mel Charles heralded more success. Port were league champions in three successive seasons between 1966 and 1969. Also in 1966, they played against Swansea in the Welsh Cup at the Vetch, before a crowd of 10,941.In the seventies the club enjoyed unparalleled success, winning the Welsh League North in 1974/75."

Enjoyed a good night out with slimming world party
Being a holiday home owner in the area, CPD Porthmadog has always been on my bucket list to visit but unfortunately the timing has always been off often in the summer when out of football season, however we managed to catch the recent 1-0 win Vs St Asaph which kept promotion hopes alive. We were really pleasantly surprised with the welcome we were given as relative outsiders, speaking to a few hardcore Port fans and the staff behind the bar and will 100% return to a game when we can. Good pint of Purple Moose at a reasonable price too, CPD Porthmadog are a credit to the Welsh FA.
Amazing ground and facilities excellent disabled facilities
Very good I am taking a course there it has a kitchen for tea and coffee also has heating
Great football club and really friendly supporters! Always good to get behind Port when up in the north! Cheap and polite ground staff too
Lovely friendly atmosphere, great locally produced ale, and rhe backdrop is just out of this world!
First visit. Very nice clubhouse with a friendly vibe.
Overall good welcoming atmosphere. Good selection of drinks and snacks is always a plus.
I've been twice now to watch my son play for Llangefni Fc against Porthmadog FC staff and facilities are good!
Really friendly club for visiting supporters and top food too!
