Please donot buy any gold or ornaments as it has very poor service. I have been chasing for my purchase but its been a very long time since i haven't received my gold yet. They don't even pick up the phone. Its absolutely careless service to the costumer.

I was well pleased with their customer service and the quality of their finished products were out of this world, no wonder they are the No1. BIGGEST Nepalese Jewellers in THE UK with 3 Stores opened across UK and 2 more opened in Brunei and Nepal. They were also very polite and caring - they offered me a drink. Best of all, I had a great time chatting to them and had a laugh too. Will shop again in the future
