Today was the day I had to buy a gift for my friend. It has been sometime coming to this decision. So headed straight to my local F.Hinds where I have shopped quite a few times and always loved it. After nearly half hour of standing and glancing through all the watches displayed, I stuck to 2 particular model of course they were on sale. One was Pulsar and the other on Rotary. I asked the lady in the shop and she was prompt in taking them out and showed them to me. I asked them whether they were battery operated or solar powered. She clarified that they were battery operated. I asked her advise on one, she showed me few watches with solar power option and showed me Citizen model which I liked. I felt the watches and really liked them. My decision didn't take another minute long and I bought them. It was a beautiful sunny experience that has always been the trait at this local Hind of mine.
The Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The lady who served me was brilliant. I got a bit confused at one point but she was quite happy to explain things to me and nothing was too much trouble for her.. I would DEFINITELY recommend to F.Hinds, Aldershot to anyone.
Approached staff for assistance in the Aldershot Shop. They glanced at each other in silent communication. I felt like a worm. When I asked for assistance I was flogged off no proper explanation. I had gone in prepared to buy a good watch. But I walked off. I will buy in Reading were I felt welcome when I enquired. Appalling customer services. Will not visit shop again.
Had some problem with my eco drive citizen watch, they took almost 1 hr to fixed it, finally problem solved. 3 beautiful helpful ladies were there to help me and without any cost. Highly recommended, friendly staff, keep it up
Two brooches purchased. One of them ordered on-line whilst the other was put by in the Aldershot branch. Second item in half price offer having already been discounted. Helpful and friendly staff. Very happy.
Great service and very polite
I went into the store at 13:00 Thursday 4th July. Girl with black hair, slim & pale was very nasty and rude to me. She's very lucky i didn't take it further. Will never go back to the store again. Terrible totally disgusting service
