All you can eat buffet in a very unique location. Styled like a boat moored on the river it's easy to spot from all around. Food was pretty good and there was a large choice of dishes available. Some of the dishes were a bit lacking, like the prawn toast being more like sesame toast. But some dishes are very good, like the Gurkha lamb. The kitchen is visible when walking to the toilets and it was very messy, probably a given considering how quickly they have to refill the buffet, but could be improved with some diligence. The price was the best I've seen for a buffet in a long while. Definitely get your money's worth after just a few plates.
ALL YOU CAN EAT ORIENTAL BUFFET Dinner £13.99 an adult, WOW.. Oh my... this really is the BEST place to eat in Weymouth.. It was SOOOOO... GOOD we even returned to Weymouth the following day, purely to eat here again.. This is a really interesting place.. the BUFFET restaurant is a floating platform which resembles a boat on the waterway along from Weymouth Harbour. There is seating both inside and outside, either at the front or on the waterside. Loved the fact that the kitchen was open, on full view; the staff were so friendly and working hard constantly. The buffet options were amazing, including Chinese, Thai, Indian & Nepalese.. My favourites had to be; The Crispy Aromatic Duck with Pancakes, Prawn Crackers and all of the Chicken dishes... AMAZING.. The price also includes ice cream, now the tubs of ice cream looked cheap.. but we really enjoyed it. There was also fruit options to add if you fancied. Or you could pay extra for different dessert The drinks selection was also very good at reasonable prices.. pint of draught beer £4.50 / can of Guinness £3.50.. We stuck with water on the second visit in order to enjoy the food more I really wanted to rate this as a 5*, as I did LOVE IT and would return however I do need to mention the 'Elephant in the room'... The occasional smell of stagnant water lingered.. Now this odour was not so repulsive to put us off eating, but I do wonder whether it gets worse in warmer weather.. perhaps an area that needs to be looked into? Overall.. AMAZING, FANTASTIC and STUPENDOUS... Recommend, Recommend, Recommend.... Great food, lovely staff, good service, unique building with interesting themed features within and Great value for money...
Restaurant doing buffet which is a mix of oriental and Indian/Nepalese food. It’s decently priced for the food. The staff are friendly. The restaurant also has a beautiful location. There was no option to order from the menu when we went.
Came for an all you can eat buffet. Food was good and there was a verity. The pudding included was ice cream which was a help yourself tub in the freezer. Not very hygienic as you had everyone scooping themselves, leave the scoop in the tub and the lid off. Maybe the staff could have done this or put single packs in there instead. Toilets bit dated but staff friendly enough and efficient, lovely place on the water.

An amazing place to eat if you're interested in oriental food. Freshly cooked, delicious and at an amazing price. On top of that the staff are sooo friendly. I'll definitely return Can't fault it!!

Great range of pan-Asian dishes which are freshly prepared. The staff are very kind and accommodating and the view from the windows is really nice. Not a big range of desserts and the placemats/table mats were worn but you will very much get value for your money at this restaurant.
Went with friends. We were very pleasantly surprised by the huge range of starter & main course choices on the buffet and it was kept topped up and fresh. Nice and simple ice cream & fruit salad with fresh melon if you left room for a pudding. Staff were efficiant & friendly. Everywhere was Clean. No negatives to highlight at all. Vegetarian options: Appeared to have good selection of vegetarian options but also able to select chunky vegetables from any other 'sauces' and not take the chunks of meat from the wide range of other choices available Parking: Large carpark right next to restaurant
A really decent all you can eat buffet! There are limited dishes which is actually much more to their benefit because they are able to keep them hot and well supplied. They do both Chinese and Indian dishes, but they also have a wide range of dishes outside of the buffet that they can cook fresh!Food: 5/5
