If you are able to make it to another petrol station, I would highly recommend you do so. The software on these pumps are outdated and WILL still take payment if there is no fuel available. There is also no warning there is no fuel and getting your money back is even harder. To make your experience even more special, they have no staff on site, with the phone lines either unreachable or closed. Gulf, you can do better......
Rubbish .on 25 Feb 23. pump authorised £20 pump would not work and no refund.feul express have basically stolen £20 from me as there is no way of CONtacting them .. daylight robbery.... AVOID...
God help you, if the pumps are empty when you try to fill up and they take your transaction, the company number displayed can't help you unless you are a member and refer you to your bank and they take you through a long winded dispute procedure. The software on these pumps is not able to determine an empty unit and charges the customer as well. Outrageous!
This garage uses card machines I put card in but found its use unclear so I took card out and left. I am careful with security.
There a no staff as this is totally DIY.Husband had difficulty with card & had to try a couple of pumps.
Unattended - automated pumps are a little disconcerting but it worked fine. Convenient and a decent price.
Terrifying. No people. Pump was in Spanish so panicked and took card out. No idea if I was charged as no phone number on website.
American Express not accepted despite being plastered on signs around the forecourt.
Self operating, un attended petrol station. Easy to use, hasel free way to fill up and a low cost price. Pay by debit or credit card, choose amount you wish to put in and fill up. If you ask for £30 but only put in £20 I've been told that it will get refunded back on to the card used, just takes a couple of days. Recommended.
Never open. They have card operated fuel pumps which would've helped if they had fuel that day. Oddly enough I found myself here another time and I only had contactless phone payments on me. Didn't help they were shut that time too lol.
