Tried calling to see if you were open on Christmas Day but telephone number incorrect.  For such a big company surely you need to keep on top of keeping your website up to date!!

I wanted to say how pleased I am with the flavour and quality of the sandwiches here. 
So M&S, well done - I don't find any other sandwiches as good, unless they're handmade of course.

I've given a three star review as the organisation within the establishment does leave something to be desired. Fuel customers cannot pay and leave; they are forced to wait whilst others order their weekly food shop / order a coffee. And sometimes there's a conga line for the tills.
Fair play to the staff who appear confident, capable and are welcoming and humorous.

Shop staff are appalling, they have no basic product knowledge of what they actually sell.
