The shed I ordered came with missing parts. Two deliveries of the wrong replacement door and no sight of the other missing items. Quality of the entire shed are very inferior quality. Screws and nails bent and heads missing, really cheap nasty roof felt and the wood is so thin and warped. Have been trying to get it taken back and a full refund for many weeks. Still no joy. Shocking customer service and shocking product. Definitely do NOT recommend.

Shed greenhouse combo delivered today with damaged parts and I'm expected to provide part numbers and then wait for them to arrive. I would prefer that if I am paying for a brand new building that it isn't delivered under 6 other products and crushed. I felt sorry for the driver. He had sent photos of the damage but the responsibility seems to be on me to get it replaced. Shouldn't expect me to accept damaged goods.

I bought a Sherpa petrol garden vacuum from Gudrun. I had problems with assembly and getting the machine to run. They were a great help and very responsive to my request for advice. I am very pleased with their service.
