Update 3 wk later.... avoid. The whole felt on roof has completely ripped straight down middle n ripped round the roof tacks. So now up on roof in the snow n winds trying to mend n we will have to spend more money fixing this shed, we've already spent lots trying to make it stronger n water tight n fill in all the gaps from roof n shed walls. This is unacceptable for the amount we spent on shed.

Had a shed delivered from here, it wasn't what we expected (it was flimsy and we deemed unsafe and not sturdy), also felt as though the customer services i received regarding the shed not being delivered on order date, wasn't great. So i put a bad review on here. To my surprise i received a call from a lovely lady, who was more then happy to help with the problems i stated in the review... In all the years I've put reviews on, this is the first time I've felt as though a company took it serious and offered to help.

TRULY DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought a summerhouse from this company. Parts were missing and some were damaged. These could have been replaced easily, but instead it took several weeks, involved nearly 20 phone calls, several emails and at least three days were wasted waiting in for deliveries which either didn't turn up or were wrong. 

I was offered and accepted a paltry goodwill gesture but would rather have foregone this to have avoided all the hassle and stress. 

What really grates with this company is the weasel words they offer at the first sign of trouble. They dish out endless meaningless apologies and empty assurances that they'll do better next time, but nothing seems to change. In a few days there may very well be an expression of regret at the bottom of this very review, but it doesn't negate my view that this company cannot manage simple tasks such as sending out correct spare parts.

I suggest that any potential customers read a wide range of web reviews before committing to buy anything. THIS COMPANY HAS RECEIVED TOO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS TO MAINTAIN ANY CREDIBILITY.

EDIT: As predicted, a meaningless apology has appeared. The unanswered question remains, that being that if they have 'listened and learned' in the period since my purchase and query, WHY HAVE THEY RECEIVED SO MANY POOR REVIEWS?

I ordered the 6' x 6' wooden greenhouse. It arrived at the time requested and in perfect condition, it was relatively easy to erect and went together perfectly. I am thrilled with my purchase, It looks amazing and is good enough to use (as we do) as a summerhouse/ conservatory. I am delighted with the product and recommend to anyone especially if on a tight budget.

Really happy with service and my shed. Delivery was spot on with a booked morning delivery which meant i didn't have to wait in all day. The driver helped me carry it to the back of my house which was a real help. Went for T&G and its worth the extra money. Overall very happy

This is the second garden shed I have purchased from Waltons in the last 14 months and each time the service has been great, very good and efficient tele sales people and, most important of all.... a great product! 
Good, easy to use website with all necessary info, excellent communication when I needed to change a delivery day and, really really pleased with my little shed which I have painted a pretty forget-me-not blue!
 
No complaints, only compliments. Waltons will very definitely be my first option next time!
