Popped in today for lunch and decided on the loaded fries. They were amazing. The chips were hot, the cheese was suitable melted and plentiful and the salsa and sour cream were delicious. I asked to hold the jalapenos as am not good with spice! The customer service was excellent, friendly and attentive. I will most definitely be back next time I am in the area. Thanks all for a tasty, filling lunch.

Popped in for light lunch on our way to our holiday let. Snug, family owned pub with high end food not pub grub. Staff were lovely. Definately worth a visit  Parking: Small carpark opposite the Inn, enough spaces for patrons

Really nice pub, lovely posh loo and food was great. Comfy, clean and warm. Staff were attentive. Nice surroundings too. Would go back

Lovely lunch smoked duck salad with pickled slaw followed by grilled cod and samphire. Lentil soup and a massive burger for himself. Tasty and well cooked. Sat in but nice outdoor seating by the river is close.

Super place for a pub lunch. Good food and great friendly service. Smallish tables, but understandable as it’s not a big room. Bigger plate for fish and chips would enable sizeable fish not be be on top of chips...seems to be the way it’s done these days. 2 of our party would have daily special again and steak pie was lovely. Definitely go back again

We always enjoying eating here. The portions are great and the food is delicious. The strawberry “parfait” was very disappointing. It was deconstructed in a weird way, tiny, and only one small lonely strawberry - a case of ‘form over function’ which is not a winner. We’ll be back again for dinner, but definitely skip the desserts.

We have visited here four times and have enjoyed every meal we've had.I brought my partner for her birthday and the staff sent through a treat for her thank yous very much it was greatly appreciated. Will always recommend here to everyone we know
