Such a friendly welcoming staff and owner. Always ready to help, will recommend dietary advice if needed, along with any other advice. My dog loves her weekly visit she enjoys the greeting she gets as well as a good sniff of what goodies are available. Not so sure she liked the doggy wash but I loved it 😁🐶🐾🐾

I just wanted to say how very helpful Susannah was when I initially spoke to her (at length!) about my cat's allergy before my first order. I was enormously impressed by your company's customer service overall (I had a telephone call yesterday to alert me that you had received a new hard cat food we had discussed), and I especially like it that you only deal with top quality pet food, and so are very informed about it. I expect to be back!

Fantastic smooth sale over the internet. Lovely follow up email to thank ourselves for my purchase. I then received a phone call to advise there is a delay at the delivery depot due to the adverse weather conditions . Customer service is outstanding. I just wish they were in Scotland! I would definitely have no hesitation in using this fantastic company again!
