Andrew came and sounded very professional. Unfortunately, the end result is less than satisfying and the lack of replies to my emails and texts very unprofessional. I am left with trim from my shower screen hanging off, the ring around the plug hole in my shower broken into peices, some of the silicone hasn't set and wipes off. Some of the silicone that has been replaced in the shower has grey patches showing and I shan't mention the 4 tiles that have been chipped. I was asked to pay £300 as their cash flow over Christmas was tight, and to hold onto the other £80 being the balance of the quote until they came to fix the problems. Needless to say, as I mentioned above, there are no replies to emails or texts. Would I recommend them ..... in a word ... no. Its very disappointing and I am left feeling very aggrieved indeed. The shower ring cannot be replaced, the whole fitting has to be replaced!
22 February. I now have water pouring and I mean pouring through into my garage again from the shower. Worse than before they 'fixed' it. And guess what - no replies to my emails. Its a disgraceful way to conduct a business. £300 wasted.
