Had a mini loft conversion completed early 2018 and was just showing it off to a very impressed friend, hence why i googled the company again.  As I hadn't left a review at the time I felt obliged to do so now.  The service was exemplary from start to finish. The surveyor arrived and was extremely knowledgeable and fastidious. He was very clear about what could be done and at what cost. There was absolutely no confusion about what they were able to offer and what we were paying for.  The two gentlemen who arrived to complete the work were also of an extremely high standard. They were punctual, friendly, hard working and, to be honest, a pleasure to have in the house. When speaking to them it was obvious they took great pride in their work.  We were told the job would take 6 days but it was completed in 5, and completed to a fantastic standard. The surveyor conducted visits to ensure things were on track and confirmed my satisfaction prior to taking any payments. The house was always left in a clean and tidy condition.  The improvement that has been made to the house was worth every single penny we spent, which happens to be extremely reasonable. The space gained does not fail to impress me even now, and it is by far the best thing we have ever done in terms of house improvement.  Well deserving of five stars, thank you.

The most horrible experience ever, from the start till the end highly unprofessional and rude. Did not even carry out the full project as agreed. Left the house in a total mess did not even clear rubbish from the site. No design no discussion. Would never recommend. Will be reporting it to the trading standards. Have got all the pic evidence with me.
